Elementary Summer Program Tutors

In particular, we have open positions for tutors with expertise in elementary school subjects, especially reading, writing, and math. Tutors would work one-on-one with students in-person at our summer program location in Roslyn, New York. The program runs from July 5th through August 11th, Monday through Thursday 9:30-11:30 am. The rate for the summer will be $60/hr. 

Desired Skills and Expertise

• BA or MA in Elementary Education and/or subject field certification
• Literacy Tutors: Orton-Gillingham, PAF, Fundations, Wilson Language, or Writing Revolution Training, Preferred 
• Math Tutors: Singapore Math, Go Math, or enVision Mathematics Training, Preferred
• Flexibility during summer weekday mornings M-TH. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for education
